LAMP will be sponsoring the participation of Catalonia and the Balearic Islands in the Venice Architecture Biennale
The architectural technical lighting company LAMP, whose headquarters are in Terrassa, will be sponsoring the participation of Catalonia and the Balearic Islands in the 13th Venice Architecture Biennale. The agreement is a response to the need to seek new sources of financing for bringing Catalan culture to international attention.
The cooperation agreement was signed this morning at the headquarters of the Institut Ramon Llull (IRL) in Barcelona. Present at the event were the director of the IRL, Vicenç Villatoro, and the director general of Lamp, Ignasi Cusidó. The agreement establishes that LAMP will hold the title of official sponsor of the "Vogadors/Architectural rowers" exhibition, curated by Jordi Badia and Félix Arranz. LAMP will undertake the lighting project for the exhibition and provide the lighting material for a value of 25,500 euros.
Founded in 1972, LAMP specialises in advising and designing efficient solutions, adapting to any project, through innovatory and competitive products and services.
