The Spanish Minister of Culture visits the Catalonia and the Balearic Islands Pavilion at the Venice Art Biennale

This Friday the Spanish Minister of Culture, Ángeles González-Sinde, visited the Catalonia and the Balearic Islands Pavilion, promoted by the Institut Ramon Llull, at the 54th Venice Art Biennale.

During her visit, González-Sinde was received by Vicenç Villatoro, the director of the Institut Ramon Llull, and Àlex Susanna, the associate director, along with David G. Torres, the project’s curator, and the artist, Mabel Palacín. Accompanying her on the visit were Charo Otegui, the president of Acción Cultural Española; Carlos Alberdi, the managing director of AECID (Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation); and Xavier Solà, the secretary general of the Department of Culture of the Government of Catalonia.
The project for Catalonia and the Balearic Islands, Mabel Palacín: 180º, can be seen at the Magazzino del Sale No 2 from 4th June to 30th October of this year.
